RESPONSIBILITY

Maintenance Personnel: Inspect equipment components and take any corrective measures.

Operators: To keep the machine clean after use.

PROCEDURE

• Clean the machine with a cloth and warm water, and finish with a clean dry cloth.
• Inspect all machine components for security, wear, and corrosion.
• Check all product hoses for signs of hardening and change regularly.
• Remove pumps and check the mechanical seal.
• Check all nozzle 'O' Rings for hindering. Replace where necessary.
• Do not lubricate the pump motor.
