RESPONSIBILITY

Mechanical and Electrical engineer/Technician.

Service Engineer

Operator

Quality control analyst.

PROCEDURE

Mechanical System

• Clean water strainer every week and clean oil tank every 6 months
• Re-generate water softener after every 15 days as per guidance by the service engineer during commissioning depending on the raw water hardens (this period depends upon the use of the boiler and variation in water wardens.
• Check and tighten all nuts and bolts of the boiler every month.

Safeties

• Checks for high pressure, for his temperature no water and flame failure, and low pressure once a week.
• Check and operate the safety valve plunger weekly.

Quality Control

Every day check water softness.

Electrical

• Check and tighten all panel terminals every month
• Clean panel board every month.
• Clean and check all contacts of contractors every month.
