SOP for Rodents, Insects, and Birds Control in Production

PURPOSE

To lay down the procedure of controlling rodents, insects and birds to be carried out by the approved contractor.

SCOPE

This SOP's procedure shall apply to the Production Department of Pharmainfo Ltd.

PROCEDURE

• The approved contractor is deputing the chemicals to control birds, rodents, and insects. 
• Birds repellents, net sieves repellents i.e. UV repellent (blue light), flycatcher, and door nets are fixed on all entries.

• For insect control, the company has placed double doors at all the entry-exit places, one with wire mesh, another with wooden & glass doors, and the door facility closer.
• Entries doors are installed with Curtains to avoid the entry of insects.
• The contractor comes twice every month or whenever called to review the situation.
