SOP for Entry and Exit Procedure In Dispensing Area and Sampling Area

OBJECTIVE

To lay down a procedure for entry and exit procedure in the dispensing area and Sampling area.

SCOPE

This procedure applies to Entry, Exit, and Gowning into the dispensing area and sampling area of the Warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITY

Warehouse personnel to follow the procedure.

Warehouse in charge and Production In-Charge to ensure compliance.

PROCEDURE

Secondary Gowning Procedure:

• Enter the Secondary change room.
• Remove the Blue Colour Primary uniform and hang it on the hangers
• Remove Blue Colour Primary footwear & keep it on the shoe rack.
• Cross over the bench.
• Take the White color gumboots from the other side of the cabinet & Wear the gumboots.
• Collect the Secondary white color uniform & cap from the hangers and wear them.

• Sanitize the hands with the disinfectant or 70% IPA solution, dry the hands, and then enter into the Dispensing and Sampling Areas.

Exit Procedure from Secondary Change Room

• Enter through the Secondary change room.
• Remove the white color Secondary uniform and hang it on the hangers
• Remove white color secondary footwear & keep it on the shoe rack.
• Cross over the bench.
• Take the Blue color gumboots from the other side of the cabinet & Wear the gumboots.

• Collect the Primary Blue color uniform & cap from the hangers and wear it.
• Exit the Secondary change room.
