SCOPE
This SOP provides the guide for maintenance for the optimum output of the sealer.
RESPONSIBILITY
It is the responsibility of the operator to follow the procedure as per the SOP.
It is the responsibility of the maintenance supervisor/packing supervisor to ensure that the procedures are followed.
PROCEDURE
- Always performs periodic visual inspections. There should not be any Burning scent from within the enclosure.
- Check for dust built up (especially in a dust environment) inside the top cabinet.
- Use an air horse set at low pressure just enough to move the dust, from the equipment.
- NOTE: Air must be clean and dry
- Before attempting any repairs wait at least 10 minutes after switching off the machine.
SAFETY
CATION: DO NOT WEAR ANY JEWELRY SUCH AS WATCHES, RINGS, OR BRACELETS WHILE WORKING NEAR THE SEALING HEAD.
